Does that mean that Scottish students have to go all the way down to London to get the train and essentially head straight back?
Even a lot of the English students though… London is so far south, so it does seem kind of counter productive for people who live way up in the English countryside to go to London and then up to Scotland.
I am surely not the only writer who has the distinct sense that every sentence I write is surrounded by the ghosts of the sentences I could have written at that point, but didn’t.
